Terms & Conditions

To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 40-50% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of arrival. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival: 10% deduction of total cost.
• Cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival: 25% deduction of total cost.
• Cancellation 7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% deduction of total cost.
• Less than 7 days or No Show: No refund.

Lavi Tour & Travel reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road blocks, or political disturbances. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the client.

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery, or equipment.
